A Swedish silver tankard, mark of K Anderson, Stockholm
Internally gilded. Cylindrical form with three ball feet and a thumb grip, decorated with oak leaves and borders in a Norse style. The lid with a medallion of Gustav II Adolf. Height 20 cm. Weight 988 grams.

Goldsmith who was born on 24.3.1865 in Stockholm. Anderson trained at L. Larson & Co, which he later took over in 1892. In 1917 the company became C.G. Hallbergs Guldsmeds AB. He eventually became court jeweler, and stamped until 1933.
