Spindle back, fabric upholstered seat with springs. Height to seat ca. 44 cm. Length 110 cm, depth 52 cm, total height 92.5 cm.

Later upholstery with stains. Wooden frame with marks and scratches.

From the collection of Ambassador Osmo Lares (1926-2025)
Osmo Lares was a distinguished Finnish diplomat who devoted his career to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His early postings took him to Prague (1956–1959), Cologne (1960–1964), and Paris (1966–1969). He subsequently served as Ambassador to Tokyo – with side accreditation to Seoul – from 1972 to 1978, followed by appointments to Canberra (1983–1987), The Hague (1987–1989), and Dublin (1989–1991).
