Enamel in white and blue, three golden stars. Above the cross, a wreath of oak leaves. On the resverse side, the motto "Per aspera ad astra" and "Latvijas Republika — 1918.g.18. novembris". The measure of the cross 4x4 cm. Original case with coat of arms of Latvia embossed in gilt on the lid.

Wear. Black stiches on reverse side of ribbon.
