A CARPET, an antique Tabriz, ca 417 x 297,5 cm.

An ivory ground with a large polychrome medallion, corner ornaments and a herati pattern. A wide brown melange main border with large flower, leaf, arabesque, palmette and pomegranate vines.

Some partly harder wear, dirty, stains, minor damages, holes and repairs. The sides have glued on webbings at the back, the ends have a few rows of knots missing.
