The bidding on Alexander Calder's unique sculpture was very intense, and we are very pleased with the outstanding result for Öyvind Fahlström, whose iconic work ”ADE-LEDIC-NANDER I” sold for SEK 5,375,000, a new record for the artist.

It’s incredibly joyful that this pioneering folk life painting is now coming home to Säfstaholm Castle, where it was painted in 1825 on behalf of Gustaf Trolle-Bonde, the then-owner of the castle.
