A Chinese double walled 'dragon' silver bowl, Shanghai, around 1900.

Inpressed makers mark. Double walled bowl decorated with a fierce dragon in high relief chasing the flaming pearl. With an inscription around the foot that reads 'Fra norske vänner i Shanghai 1905', translates to 'from Norwegian friends in Shanghai in 1905'. Diameter widest part 24.5 cm. Height 10.5 cm. Weight 1104.4 gram.
