Signed by Michael Lang and Arlo Guthrie and numbered 610/1000. Two fabric-covered bands in a handmade box with silkscreen printing and designs by Shepard Fairey. Accompanied by a seven-inch single featuring Santana and Jefferson Airplane; an original ticket from the festival, among other items. Dimensions including the box 30.8 x 24.4 cm.

Not fully examined. The overall impression is good. The centrefold with a compartment for storing additional materials is somewhat sagging. Minor tears in the print on the front near the spine.
