”Vi hade fel – Paris 1967”
"1967 fick jag i uppdrag av Dagens Nyheter att fotografera höstmodet i Paris. Rebecka Tarschys var reporter, Marie-Louise De Geer (senare Ekman) och Gunila Axén fungerade som modeller för kläderna. Det var första året fotografering var tillåten, tidigare hade tecknare fått rita av en begränsad mängd plagg. Axén hade 1966 varit DN:s tecknare och kände väl till modehusens värld. Detta är en pausbild. Inga bilar på Paris gator är tyska, som synes. Ockupationen var i färskt minne."
