Blue, White and Silver

The blue and white porcelain mixed with silver is one of the most beautiful combinations for dressing a table - it gives a freshness that brings to mind blue skies, waters and reflections of light - many of the forms of the chinese blue and white 18th century porcelain came from silver models, as can be sensed in several of the objects in the sale.
