Carl-Otto Hultén, allmänt kallad CO, var en svensk bildkonstnär född i Malmö med hög internationell verkan. Bland annat inom COBRA 1948-1951 och var även med och startade upp konstnärsgruppen Imaginisterna år 1945 tillsammans med bland andra Anders Österlin och Max Walter Svanberg. Hans viktigaste perioder är den informella experimentella fasen under den så kallade imaginistperioden vid sent 40-tal, COBRA-perioden, mitten på 50-talet och de abstrakta expressionistiska målningarna från tidigt 60-tal.
