A large Japanese imari porcealin urn with cover, Edo/Meiji, 19th century.
Elongated body with a raised shoulder and tapering neck. Dome shaped cover with a finial shaped as a lotus bud. Decorated with Imari featuring flowers and a flower basket. Ming mark to the baseh but later and Japanese. Height c. 53 cm.
Wear. Minor chips.
