Purple coloured silk with a pattern of cranes and flowers in silver, lined in fur. Measure 126x175 cm.

Provenance
From the Collection of Ove Christian Lunn, Danish Diplomat and Consul General for Denmark in Shanghai 1928-1935. Lunn had an exciting diplomatic career and was posted 1910-18 in Oslo, 1918-24 in San Francisco, 1924-28 Melbourne and then finally Shanghai 1928-35. Thence by descent within the familiy.
