A rococo giltwood mirror by N. Hamberg (master in Stockholm 1767-76).
Gilded and bronzed. The broken pediment with decoration of shell motifs and scattered flowers, similar lower section, moulded frame with engraved decoration of ribbons and acanthus leaves. Signed NH and marked with the Stockholm town mark. Two-part mirror glass. Height 115, width 49.5 cm.
Reinforced. The lower glass is modern. Later gilding. Minor decorative damages.
