An engraving depicting a smiling man winking his eye decorates the inner bottom of the smaller beaker. Underneath engraved 'JR' and 'W', possibly for Wyborg. Early 19th century. Height 6 cm.
The bigger beaker with the maker's mark AH, 1853, presumably of Aron Gustaf Hochman (Martikainen), active both in Joensuu (1853-95) and Sortavala (1852-53). Height 7 cm.
Weight 68 g.
The smaller beaker in unmarked silver, the bigger one without town mark. Wear due to age and use.
