A parcel-gilt silver sweet meat basket from around year 1800.
Gilt interior. Pierced and bead decorated rim. The oval base engraved with initials and the year 1802.
Length 19 cm, height 10 cm, height incl hinged handle raised 19 cm. Weight ca. 207 g.
Replaced handle. Slightly askew. Wear due to age and use with a few minor ruptures and repairs in the rim. Minor dents in the base. Unidentified maker's mark.
