Stamped GAC, probably Gustaf Adolf Cedergren 1844-1872 (1889) Stockholm, indistinct year mark. Including garnet, turquoise, and synthetic stones. The central part can be detached and used as a brooch with the accompanying pin. Measurements approximately 6 x 5 cm. Weight 27 grams. Accompanied by a fitted case.
Wear due to age and use. Altered.
