Hommage aux Prix Nobel

Hommage aux Prix Nobel, also known as the Nobel Prize Portfolio, was created as a tribute to the Nobel Peace Prize laureates. The aim was to unite the worlds of literature and visual art in a joint homage to Alfred Nobel’s idea of rewarding humanity’s greatest achievements.

The portfolio contains a selection of original graphic works—such as lithographs, etchings, and woodcuts—created by internationally acclaimed artists. Each artwork is inspired by the work or spirit of a specific Nobel laureate, and each image is accompanied by a text or excerpt from the laureate’s literary output. Through this dialogue between word and image, an artistic and humanistic whole is formed, reflecting the cultural significance of the Nobel Prize.

Hommage aux Prix Nobel is a symbolic tribute to peace, science, literature, and human rights.
