Two Swedish early 19th century Gustavian silver sugar-bowls with lids, mark of Anders Risén and Sven Pihlgren.

Oval, urn-shaped, on a rectangular base with ball feet. Oval medallions on the sides. Ribbed handles. Height 25 cm each. One by Anders Risén (1799-1825), Gothenburg, weight 598 g. The other by Sven Pihlgren, Jönköping 1800, weight 607 g. A pair of similar English sugar spoons included, weight 30 g + 38 g.

One handle broken at the joint. Wear. Scattered scratchmarks. One of them a little wobbly. The lid knobs a little crooked.
