A pair of decorative silver bowls, Empire style, 20th Century
Two gilded round bowls with a hammered surface, on a tripod-shaped foot with decoration of goat heads and goat feet. The rim and bowl are detachable. Bowl and foot with marks, the loose rings without marks. French export mark after 1879 for a silver content of 800/1000. Height 24, diameter 21 cm. Total weight together 5370 grams, total weight without the two unmarked rings is 4595 grams.
Minor wear.
