Ornate and chased decoration of cartouches and leaf scrolls. Partially gilded. The tongs is not original to the set, made by Francis Higgins III. Diameter of the sugar bowl 8.5 cm. Height of the creamer 6 cm. Length of the tongs 10.5 cm. Total weight 163 grams.
