Case veneered with hardwood, with brass fittings. Interior with velvet-covered writing surface as well as drawers and compartments including two bottles for ink. The lock marked Maker G Betjemann & Sons London. Width 35.5, depth 25.5-40, height when closed 10.5 cm.

Damages. Cracks due to dryness of the material. Keys missing.
